Voice Harbor’s voice application hosting platform is a high-capacity, highly scalable architecture built on open standards and industry best-of-breed software. VoiceXML and SIP provide the foundation for rapid development of IVR applications whose capacity can grow to match the evolving business requirements of our customers and partners. CPT works with vendors, technology partners and carriers to offer maximum flexibility in application architecture and support for speech recognition, text-to-speech, touch tone and advanced services such as reverse number lookup, credit card authorization, and language translation. Built-in reporting allows you to track the performance of your solution and to optimize performance for your call flows.

 

 

Facilities

Voice Harbor is hosted in secure facilities featuring redundant systems for power, security, environmental controls, fire detection and suppression, and distributed networks. Our facilities have 24x7x365 security patrols and monitoring, and physical access requires authenticated badges and 3 stages of biometric checkpoints. Application access is restricted to secure VPN connections. System access utilizes HTTPS, SSH, or 3DES encryption schemes. Continuous power systems feed clean power to racks while backup generators, fuel and water supplies ensure that power and climate control can be maintained during natural disasters. Data is carried on dual, diversely routed SONET rings for speed and redundancy. Voice Harbor's facilities allow connection to multiple carriers including ITC, ATT, Sprint, MCI, and BellSouth.
